"Gotta tell you. I hit the jackpot with Jesus and his crew. I had 3 estimates. His was the least expensive for a considerable landscaping project. However, being the least expensive did not show itself in his impeccable work. His expertise, design, hard work and excellent crew made for a terrific outcome. Little extras not mentioned in the original plan were done without further expense. It was obvious his first concern was that I was happy. When he saw I was, in fact, happy, his face lit up with the joy of pleasing his customer that is rare these days. Another thing that was a positive for me was this is a family business. Most of his crew was made up of relatives who worked their butts off for him. At one point, his wife chipped in and stained some fencing that was already there, but was faded. They just thought it would look better with a fresh coat of stain. They were right. Bottom line, if you need this kind of work, Olive branch is the way to go."

During the initial meeting, the senior project manager Daniel Perez carefully guided us through the process and was available to answer any of our concerns. Then throughout the project, he checked in on a regular basis to ensure the process went smoothly and made sure everyone stayed within the projected timeline. The interior designer was amazing and extremely talented. I always appreciated how she listened to my thoughts when creating the final design. She was also readily available when needed. The foreman and crew were hardworking, respectful of our home, and accommodated our requests. The final product was beyond fabulous and we are extremely happy with our renovated kitchen and family room."

"Extremely well. Excellent communication and planning with Alejandro and Ignacio, the owners. Reliable, punctual, friendly, meticulous, no surprises and easy to work with. On my side I developed the landscape plan, we discussed it, made a few changes and their quote reflected my requests. We both had questions/requests during the different stages of the project (roughly 2 weeks excluding rain days), so communication was very fluid either on site, text or via email. They worked with me on the fence design and responded to all of my questions regarding decomposed granite, new drip system, etc. Great team to work with and I would hire them again on any other landscaping/hardscaping project. "We worked with Sequoia Outdoor Design and Build on our backyard and front yard to improve drainage problems and spruce up the exterior as it hadn't been touched in over a decade. Will and the Sequoia team instantly stood out among the rest of the estimates we received as he suggested a number of different options that would be functional, drought tolerant and achieve the aesthetic we were looking for, while staying within our budget. Our job was extensive, including the demolition of an old concrete patio and driveway, installation of french drains, pavers, turf, and lights along with some drought tolerant plants. Like most remodel projects, there were a couple hiccups along the way with some defective batches of materials and delays beyond the team's control. There were also some minor issues that had to be corrected along the way, but the team was keenly aware of the details and made sure to resolve these quickly. Throughout the process, Will was highly communicative, patient and responsive to our questions pre-, during, and post-installation. We appreciate that the crew worked hard to keep us on schedule and minimize delays when possible.
