"Jose was on time to quote project. Gave a decent price. His guys showed up about 15 minutes before schedule but I didn't mind. I checked on their progress and they were doing all requested of the project. Jose wasn't able to make it the day of actual trimming as he had called and informed me of a family emergency. I was ok with that and glad he let me know which made me supervise a bit more closely but the guys were professional and did a great cleanup job."

"We requested bids from three companies and the lowest was from Mike of Sustain Scape. We basically knew what we wanted, but we didn?t know what to use for plants and materials. Mike picked a nice paver at a good price, stacked stone for our pergola and fireplace, paint colors and wood stains for the pergola and BBQ, BBQ appliances, all plants and he designed the fireplace. We wanted a gourmet BBQ and he designed it very well, plus brought in gas. We receive many compliments on our backyard now, and our friends are now currently using Sustain Scape for their backyard clean up. He seems to do large and small projects. His crew does very good quality work.

"All in all this was an ok experience. The man who came out to help created a design that I agreed upon and a price that we agreed to. The guys that did the work were friendly and hard working. I was glad I was home during the installation as the guys had a lot of questions. Some of the plants I received were in poor quality, the pavers are loose and worse of all they completely buried my sewer clean out pipe and had to dig up a lot gravel to try to find it for another service that was needed. I felt like this was really negligible. Thank goodness I didn?t have an emergency where I needed that clean out. Photos attached. I would probably not use the service again even though the staff was friendly I?m just not leaving satisfied with all the problems I had. Unfortunately I can?t add photos as the files are too large but trust me if this was my company I would not want my customers to get plants like these."

Once he had the map and design, he shared an itemized list of what he recommended, and if we removed anything to stay within our budget, there was no pushback or shady pricing changes. When it came time for the work to be done his team was professional and fast. Our entire backyard was transformed from desert to lush plants and grass within 4 days.
