"Monique staged my home and everyone complimented me on how the furniture was setup up, everything looked really nice and it helped me sell my home. I got 5X the money back from what her fee was. I would definitely suggest this business for anyone looking to stage their home. She was pleasure to work with and very professional."

"We hired Zach to build and design a bathroom and laundry area in an unused space on our upper level. Zach did the drawings filed the necessary permits with New York City and provided us with the product list. Zach acted as the project manager, and worked very closely with the plumbers, electricians and contractor to ensure that all the details of the project were to his satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely manner and the finished product is just amazing. Zach’s vision of using teak as the predominant materia with minimalist accessories created a unique and beautiful room. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"He did a concise assessment of the structural integrity of the property and answered all of my questions. I took detailed notes because everything he said was so useful. I would definitely hire him again."

"Went well. My family lived in the house during the 4+ month reno and the crew were always clean, respectful and kind. They would wipe down the floor protectors 1x per week and upon request. Project manager Luis took feedback on progress of job and always reacted/corrected promptly. Was visible on site every 2-3 days, but would always show up at the appointed time upon request and with helpful constructive solutions, many at no additional cost to me. Would never slam me with requests for last minute material needs where I would need to make a decision without reasonable notice. I was my own project manager for everything but the bathrooms, where I had a designer, and Luis could speak in both designer language and in 'normal person without construction experience' language at all times without dumbing things down. Would always explain the 'why' when he would explain the construction possibilities. They did parquet throughout the top floor in keeping with the rest of the 1920s townhouse that looks great. Across the board everyone exhibits great care in the final work product. Owner Anthony also straightforward and clear in all communication and office manager Allison helpful and attentive."

"I recently hired Ms. & Mr. Construction to build a new deck, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They helped guide me through material choices and design options, while my budget in mind. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean every day. Highly recommend them!"

"We reached out to Craig for a custom bookshelf. We wanted a piece that fit our apartment, with large bays for our pottery, plants, and books. Craig came to measure and helped us turn that vision into a design. Brainstorming with him was a pleasure: he brought interesting ideas, helped us judge what would fit, and understood how we wanted to use the piece. Craig was kind and professional, and his clear communication and quick replies made working together easy. He arranged delivery with us and arrived on time with his team. They took great care bringing the bookshelf into our apartment and installed it flawlessly despite the tight space. It is such a pleasure to see something we imagined become part of our home. The finished bookshelf is better than we pictured, and Craig's craftsmanship shows in every detail. We love it and are so grateful to him. "Leon went above and beyond! Hired L&H for some extensive electrical work, and now I’ve finally found my go-to electrician, as well as my guys for all home improvement projects from here on in! Highly recommend"

"The job was done beautifully. I'm very pleased and will be using them again for future projects"

"Block made this process very simple (or as simple as it can be), and we are really happy with the design assistance we got, as well as them walking us through the design phase, procurement, board package, etc. Would definitely use again!"
