"Michelle did an excellent job from beginning to end of our project. Her design expertise was perfect. She’s reliable , helped us stay within our budget and has great craftsman working with her . She made it easier on us to pick out carpet , tile , paint and decor because she has such a great eye and can put everything together with ease . I will use her again when I have more decorating needs ."

"Manny and his team were amazing! Manny was very communicative, congenial, and provided quality work. The scope included a travertine patio, built-in bbq with a decorative metal backdrop, planting and irrigation, increasing our CMU wall height, pavers, and more. Manny answered all our questions along the way, provided material samples for our approval, and accommodated our change request for a different stone color on the BBQ. We’ll continue to work with Manny. Highly recommend!"

"We absolutely loved working with Heather and her team! They were professional, listened to our design requests, created a beautiful design and implemented the entire project from start to finish in a timely manner. We couldn't be happier!"

"I highly recommend Gary Sumberg for any home Architectural Drawing and Design work. Initially we had some rough ideas on what we wanted to do, but we were unclear how these ideas would affect our budget, or how to implement them. Gary’s experience and knowledge in construction and design helped us come up with a design that met all of our wants and needs. Through the entire process, Gary was very helpful and patient with helping us design our entire home remodel. Gary met with us on many occasions throughout the process. He is very prompt, and was very responsive to our calls, texts and emails. Gary would quickly prepare draft ideas on paper so he could present them to us for consideration in person, or via email. Gary worked with the Power Company to ensure we could move our electrical panel, and he brought in an engineer to prepare the necessary Engineering report, since we were making so many structural changes. Once a final plan was determined, Gary quickly finalized the drawings, and he made multiple copies for us, the city, and our contractors for bidding. Gary then met with the city of Laguna Niguel on multiple occasions to present our plans and to respond to their comments and questions. In the end our construction permit was obtained, Gary made this permit process very simple for us. In summary we were very happy with Gary and would use him again, and would heavily recommend him to our friends. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you want to discuss this via email or phone."

"We had N& E Construction remodel our kitchen, master bath, guest bath, powder room, reface the fireplace, install new baseboards, new interior doors, and two new patio doors. Our house now looks beautiful and up to date. Ermal knows how to accurately bid projects and keeps his crews on schedule. He also made good recommendations on where to select tile and the designer to work with. His father is a true craftsman and does beautiful tile and stone work. Whenever I had a question, concern or wanted something changed Ermal's response was "Not a problem" and he would see that the issue was taken care of. Now that is true customer service!"

"All in all this was an ok experience. The man who came out to help created a design that I agreed upon and a price that we agreed to. The guys that did the work were friendly and hard working. I was glad I was home during the installation as the guys had a lot of questions. Some of the plants I received were in poor quality, the pavers are loose and worse of all they completely buried my sewer clean out pipe and had to dig up a lot gravel to try to find it for another service that was needed. I felt like this was really negligible. Thank goodness I didn?t have an emergency where I needed that clean out. Photos attached. I would probably not use the service again even though the staff was friendly I?m just not leaving satisfied with all the problems I had. Unfortunately I can?t add photos as the files are too large but trust me if this was my company I would not want my customers to get plants like these."
