"Julie Corley was the perfect interior designer to create a new design for our family room that gave a 50-year-old home a fresh, updated look. Her design expertise from years of experience was evident from the start. She helped us tear out old shelving and cabinetry to create a beautiful accent wall, as well facelift the old brick fireplace with beautifil stone veneer, and select new flooring throughout the downstairs. In addtion, she created a new living space in the family room with a unique furniture placement design that created a much more inviting and intimate space to enjoy with company. Her expertise with helping us select materials and colors ensured a beautifully blended look that we would never have been able to achieve on our own. In addition, all of Julie's contractors were experts in their craft and the workmanship was superior. The icing on the cake: Julie is a fun person to be around and fun to work with. I highly recommend her company Sache Designs for any interior remodeling/updating projects whatever the work scope."

"The designing and decorating went perfect. Sarah added a spacious bedroom with closet and transformed a boring gameroom to an amazing flex room with a modern minimalist look in which I now have multipurpose. I’m in love with the work and decor."

"Even before the work was done at our home, Hubert was very patient with my wife and myself in visits to our home, phone calls, due to our conflicting schedules. After agreeing to his design ideas, work started Monday morning as agreed. Our neighbors remarked to us that it was fun watching his crew work. Hubert has a diverse crew that seems to work very well together, and everyone knew his work as a team. Hubert came with the crew and made sure our wishes were all fulfilled. He is so kind and understanding towards senior citizens. We will never use anyone other than H&H Escobar Property Services. Our yard is beautiful! Trees trimmed. Sago palms. Colorful new plantings and mulch! Roland & Brenda King, East Houston."

"The guys over at New Ground are as professional as professionalism comes. Their knowledge base far exceeds what you typically find when requesting a quote. The team always provides a detailed manifest of all products and materials used for the scope of work related to the project. "Steven carefully considered my wants and needs, and worked thoughtfully with me to renovate my entire front, side, and backyard at the most competitive price. He weighed and judged the best solutions for the proper replacements by new plants and several design features to create a beautiful, well-coordinated natural environment. Rock edging of several landscape beds and sprinkler system improvements were made. The hard-working crew was professional and efficient. Steven’s flexible creativity, like that of an observant and situationally responsive artist, developed the project to its neat, colorful, and pleasant completion. I highly recommend the skilled workmanship of Steven and his crew."
