"Cindy and Gail listed our condo for sale after lengthy, thoughtful discussions about the price and strategy of the listing.  They had an open house and the next day, they called me with an offer.  One day.  Although the offer was below what we were asking, they were able to bring the buyer up to a very agreeable price and with a quick end of the month closing.  It was completely unstressful.
A few months later, we decided to buy a new home and called Cindy.  Again, we had a couple lengthy conversations about what we were looking for and price and area and then started lining up the places.  We looked at a few open houses and then looked at a few properties with Cindy.  From the first house that Cindy took us to, my wife and I both realized how completely different Cindy is as an agent.  She will walk through every inch of the home with you slowly and inspect and point out things to you that you never realized.  She never rushes you or tries to cut time and she does this every home she shows you.  She was, each and every time, able and available to show us every home we requested very promptly and always worked with our schedule.  When we eventually found our home, another masterful side of Cindy and Gail emerged for the whole contract process.  We saw the home we wanted in the morning and by night, they had a contract delivered to the seller's agent.  Being first completely worked in our favor.  And throughout the contract negotiation/escalation process, Cindy and Gail kept us updated and informed and discussed everything with us all the while working with the seller's agent to make sure we were going to get the house.  Eventually after 2 other offers could not beat ours, we got our contract ratified.  The home inspection process was another process that Cindy and Gail effortlessly guided us through.  They helped us take all the home inspection findings to create another round of negotiations which we could not have done without them.  They were able to get the best possible deductions for us based on the report.  And then after the appraisal came back lower than the price that was escalated to, they were able to further negotiate the price to a more agreeable price.  They were always on our side with every grievance or issue we had in terms of the price and negotiations.  They never tried to dissuade us from pursuing any avenue whatsoever.  They listened and took everything into consideration that we brought up.  Prior to closing at the walkthrough, we discovered some items left behind that we wanted discarded.  They worked tirelessly to work out a junk removal plan at the seller's expense and we went on to a successful closing with the title company.
Cindy and Gail are an amazing, hardworking, energetic team who are so easy to work with and we feel privileged that they worked so hard for us to get our new home.  Although we only have met Cindy through this process, Gail was always on phone calls with us, offering advice, and giving us guidance.  We were Dorothy and Toto trying to find our home, Cindy was our yellow brick road leading us there, and Gail was the woman behind the curtain."
