"I ordered the deal and received the template and order sheet in about a week. Since this was right before Christmas, I waited until after the holidays to actually measure the table, but this was the only delay in the process. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. All that was involved was measuring the length and width of the table, noting these dimensions and the measurements of extension leaves on the order sheet and then tracing the table's outline on the paper provided. There were also color choices for the top vinyl and bottom velvet coverings. There were also accessories available for order at additional cost (I didn't order any extras). I mailed the template and order form in the postage paid envelope included. I had selected normal shipment (3-5 weeks) and the table pads and extension leaf arrived within that time. The product quality is excellent and the color match to the samples is true. I could not be happier with the finished product and the value of this purchase."

"Unsure of what to do and where to turn or whether we should even continue our home addition after our initial experience we turned to Angie's List.
How do we thank a company for restoring our faith in ?the business?? We had been through a lot the year before and after our story came to light we heard several other horror stories that were just as bad or in some cases worse. We knew we wanted our large home addition completed and, we were skeptical that it would actually happen much less find a company that was trustworthy AND affordable. Choosing DeWit Construction and Roofing was hands down the single best decision we made! It was such a pleasure working with DeWit Construction Company. In today?s business climate customer service does not seem to make the radar. Focus tends to reside more on the bottom line. Companies like DeWit Construction and Roofing truly value and like their work and let it show by respecting their clients and using common courtesy for the job in ALL the details associated such as deadlines, budgets, opinions all the way through to hiring quality employees. An upstanding, quality business shines through in every area. Companies who respect their clients should not only be recognized but, commended in every way! We enthusiastically recommend DeWit Construction and Roofing to anyone planning a home construction project and for any future projects, we would not consider working with anyone else! Many thanks to Neil, as well as the rest of the DeWit crew for helping us with our addition. The icing on the cake is that we know professionals who are likable, skilled and trustworthy in their profession."

"I feel extremely fortunate to have found Vicki through Angie's List ! She is an extremely talented person who is very easy to deal with. She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home. She has a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me" I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly hence saving me the time. She also has excellent local contacts. Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
My project is far from complete. I intend to continue to use Vicki and her expert advice until the end !!!!"

Start by defining your goals and budget. Collect photos of rooms you love, jot down must-have features, and list what isn’t working in your current space. Share these details—and your target budget—during the first meeting. The clearer you are, the quicker a designer can translate your vision into a workable plan and keep costs in check.
Yes, working with an interior designer can help you save money. Designers prevent costly missteps, secure trade discounts on furniture and finishes, and coordinate the project so you don’t pay twice for the same work. Their upfront fee often pays for itself in avoided change orders, tighter timelines, and materials purchased at below-retail pricing.
A full interior design project wraps up in two to three months, on average, while a decorating job takes four to eight weeks. Timelines stretch if you add structural changes, custom millwork, or specialty materials, and unexpected shipping or permit delays can tack on extra days. Talk with your designer about project milestones and build in a little wiggle room.
Interview at least three pros whose portfolios match your style. Review their credentials and ask for references. During a face-to-face or virtual meeting, discuss your goals, budget, and timeline, and make sure their communication style and fee structure feel comfortable. The right designer combines technical know-how with a creative approach that clicks with you.
