"I hired Richard for the design and specification work. Richard is an open, honest, conscientious and reliable person. His knowledge of the building industry and general contracting is amazing. He has a lot of experience to build upon. Highly recommended!!"

"Very well. Victor came, gave me a price and was able to do the job right away. He and his crew paid attention to detail, were neat, efficient, worked as a team to edge property, mow lawn, clear winter debris, fertilize. Left yard clean and took away debris."

"If I had to pick the ONE professional that has helped me the absolute most in the past two years- it would be Helène with Estate Organizing Specialists. It was no small task to tackle 40 years of cumulative generational "stuff" from multiple homes as it had found its way into storage units, and my Garage of Doom. Helène is so professional, so efficient, and so sensitive to the various tragic circumstances that make us all "material horders" to varying degrees. She comes in with no judgment and works miracles! I have hired her for my parents in preparation for their International move, as well as for myself before and after my own interstate move. Truly, I don't think I could have made it through with my sanity intact without her help!"

"We met Marilyn at an open house, and I think that was a lucky day since we had a great experience with Marilyn as our buying agent. She is very professional and helpful. She always gave us time to explain the process and the next steps. She was especially helpful in navigating the issues around buying the house. We feel the only reason we could buy the house was because of her perseverance and experience. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house."

"He is very knowledgeable helpful and he tell you up front what going on. The work was impeccable and shows when he says and he always keep the customer informed and I would give him 10 stars if I could!"

"Our yard had become overgrown with brush, fallen branches and just a mess.  Found Mark on Angie's List, along with others who I asked to come over and bid.  While Mark was not the lowest, he had a very competitive price.  But more important was his earnest commitment to my satisfaction.  I have a very odd piece of property, sitting on two streets with lots of tough terrain and he told me he will get this yard in great shape and came across as very believable.
I am very happy with the work that was done, I see yard that I have never seen - we moved in and it was already tough, just got worse over the years.  Mark followed up with me at the end of the day to check in and let me know his crew would be back the next day.  I had two callouts and those were taken care of that next day, along with the final picking up.
There was a change in original date, but i still rated punctuality as 'A' since Mark informed me of change, gave specfic new date and new date was still in my desired window for completeion.  I would not hesitate to use MAS again.

"Very professional and fabulous workers."

"I hired Jose to design and draw our kitchen remodel. He used his experience, knowledge, and creativity to come up with a great design for an old house. He was available when questions came up and changes were needed. He was with us for the entire project was complete and inspections complete."
