"The process working with Char to develop a set of design plans for my master suite addition has been fantastic. She has worked with me step by step, explaining the process at each point and what I can expect. She also listened to what I was looking for, drew up various designs, and then worked with me on modifications. She was a partner in the process the entire time, not only treating me with respect and professionalism, but talking through options and pros and cons with me so I ended up with the design I really wanted. The company only bid on what they needed to. They prepared my home with care by putting up protection for the floor and walls. They completed the job well and in a timely manner with pictures of everything that was done. I couldn't have asked for more. I'll hire them again to complete the portions that we deferred for the moment. Some of their competitors tried to upsell things that I didn't need nor want. Flashy fear does not play well with me.
