"OMG, where do I begin?! I reached out to Jerezee Construction about wanting to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. I spoke with Ian to schedule an appointment for a proposal for the remodel of my bathrooms. The co-owner Roye came out personally to speak with my and get an idea of what I wanted. He was taking a video of the bathrooms while speaking with me and make notes and suggestion and was able to capture everything I wanted and use it as a reference for the proposal. A couple of days later I went to their office and sat down with him to go over the scope of the the project. His profesionalism and presentation blew me away! Once I gave them the start date Candace, one of their design experts, came out with Roye, and my project manager Cisco (Iâ ll talk more about him shortly) to discuss the project with me in detail and see the layout of the bathrooms and get all the measurements of how much tile, length of the vanity, etc. Once we got all of the measurements and list of everything, we scheduled a â shopping tripâ for Candace and I to pick out flooring and bathroom tile. She met me at Floor and Decor and helped me pick out the flooring for both bathrooms, then by the time I got back home she had a list of items for the fixtures, vanities, etc waiting in my email to pick from. She really helped me bring my vision to life. Once we got everything ordered and delivered, Cisco came to the house and gave me a binder with EVERYTHING in it as a tool and reference for not only myself, but the crew to use over the next few weeks. That was so help to have that for both the crew and myself to reference back to during the design process. Letâ s talk about Ciscoâ ¦.he was absolutely fantastic! He would always let me know the day before what time the crew would be arriving and what tasks they would be working on. He would come by daily, some times twice a day to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on. If I had any questions, he would address it immediately. The crew did fantastic work. you can see by the before an after the type of work they produce! Iâ m super happy with my bathroom and work with Roye, Cisco, Candace and Ian has been nothing but 5-star! In a day and age when customer service has declined, theirs hasnâ t! Itâ s the best customer service I have had in quite a while. If you are looking for someone for a home remodel, definitely choose Jerezee Construction, YOU WONâ T REGRET IT. Best decision I made!!"

"Perfection Landscape crew did an amazing job! I absolutely love everything Mitch and his perfection landscaping crew did, they designed and laid out the entire front yard with various plants and bushes, replaced all of my irrigation front and back yard with all new irrigation lines, installed commercial weed cloth, added 3 inches of rock all around my house, not to mention installed new LED lighting around my pool to illuminate and highlight the existing plants and tree that were there. Just awesome!! If I could give them a 10 star rating I would, unfortunately we can only give a top rating of 5 stars, definitely a 5 star rating!! Mitch was easy to work with and was extremely knowledgeable regarding plants, bushes, heat affects, watering, etc.. I have to say that Perfection Landscaping isn’t going to be the cheapest option available but, don’t let that deter you, definitely worth ever penny for sure!! You get what you pay for quality every step of the way. It’s nice to find a company that doesn’t cut corners on you, gives you top quality materials, workmanship, dependable, And wants you to be 110% percent satisfied with your job when completed! I had major work In the front yard, back yard ( around my pool especially ) and both sides of the house, we’re talking weed removal, commercial weed cloth installed and 3 inches of rock to put down just on the sides of the house, same in the back yard, on top of replacing all of the old irrigation lines and electrical lighting, on top of removing the weeds, adding cloth and 3 inches of rock! What a beautiful job! I also had to have two types of rock, the front yard needed two match and conform with HOA requirements, etc... All this work around my house and Perfection Landscaping had completely finished the job in one (1) weekend! Unbelievable!!! I would not ever hesitate to recommend Perfection Landscaping LLC. Mitch and his amazing crew to anyone!! You get what you pay for and more!! Perfection Landscaping also is now taking care of my amazing landscaping, I hired Mitch and company to oversee and maintain my landscaping with their Reasonable priced maintenance program. It’s nice when the people you trust to do your landscaping you can also trust to do an outstanding job maintaining your yard not cutting corners in the process!! Already many neighbors have stopped to say how beautiful it is. Mr. Hernandez patiently awaited the HOA approval and the visit by the Southern Nevada Water Authority before starting the project. I have always had large gardens of flowers, shrubs and trees. I didn't realize how beautiful the artificial turf with Mr. Hernandez' design could be. I appreciate being able to enjoy something so attractive while also being "water smart.""
