Very polite, listened to my concerns and requests. I also asked for an estimate to clean up flower beds and trim back trees and bushes. The work was done, they showed up and stayed until the job was completed. Honestly, my yard has never looked so good. so happy to have found them. **Update** 3/17/17 I have been using KD's since my original review. I continue to be impressed by the reliability and professionalism of this service. The lawn cutters are friendly and open to requests and reliable. They show up, get the job done and bag up leaves and clippings, they do NOT blow debris away, as do my neighbors services. The trim and weeding staff also do an excellent job."

She provided ideas about the materials, the layout that expanded the small space, provided an eyecatching pattern and did not over complicate the room. This new floor was a gamechanger in a small dark kitchen that seemed to expand and fill with light. Flor obtained the materials at a reasonable price and found a fabulous contractor. Her contractor, BilBar Construction, accurately evaluated the potential problems of working in a small space (old flooring, moving heavy built in appliances) and creatively and thoughtfully completed this job!
