Diane was our main choice, she knew exactly how to invasion perfect layout of our bathroom remodel. They set up a group chat with everyone to coordinate and they forwarded us the results & paperwork as soon as they received it. Alex, the designer, was helpful in helping to putt together our design and vendor recommendations. She quickly responded to feedback & updates to our design, and she even worked through her vacation on our project. When one of the vendors got our order incorrectly, the Geico Builders team worked with them to quickly rectify the issue. During construction, the foreman, Tony, was very well-organized and good to work with. His team was friendly, careful, and they kept the place as clean as they could. They follow up with us throughout construction to ensure that every detail of the construction was built to what we wanted."

"Very honest engineer. He performed a mandatory seismic inspection that was required for the city of Hayward. There was no foundation issue whatsoever. Before Mr Padir did the inspection I had a retrofit company look at my building and they told me it would cost $58k to fix the problem and I almost fell for it. It turns out that one joist was rotten from a sewer leak that was repaired. It is hard to find honest people these days. I am so glad it is only a cosmetic fix and a sister joist installed next to it to relieve the pressure on the building. Thank you once again Mr. Padir. Excellent job and quick turnaround."

On my side I developed the landscape plan, we discussed it, made a few changes and their quote reflected my requests. We both had questions/requests during the different stages of the project (roughly 2 weeks excluding rain days), so communication was very fluid either on site, text or via email. They worked with me on the fence design and responded to all of my questions regarding decomposed granite, new drip system, etc. Great team to work with and I would hire them again on any other landscaping/hardscaping project.
