"We are glad we went with Geico Builders for a full master bath remodel. They were very easy to work with, everything went as planned and we were very happy with the results. Diane was our main choice, she knew exactly how to invasion perfect layout of our bathroom remodel. They set up a group chat with everyone to coordinate and they forwarded us the results & paperwork as soon as they received it. Alex, the designer, was helpful in helping to putt together our design and vendor recommendations. She quickly responded to feedback & updates to our design, and she even worked through her vacation on our project. When one of the vendors got our order incorrectly, the Geico Builders team worked with them to quickly rectify the issue. During construction, the foreman, Tony, was very well-organized and good to work with. His team was friendly, careful, and they kept the place as clean as they could. They follow up with us throughout construction to ensure that every detail of the construction was built to what we wanted."

During the initial meeting, the senior project manager Daniel Perez carefully guided us through the process and was available to answer any of our concerns. Then throughout the project, he checked in on a regular basis to ensure the process went smoothly and made sure everyone stayed within the projected timeline. The interior designer was amazing and extremely talented. I always appreciated how she listened to my thoughts when creating the final design. She was also readily available when needed. The foreman and crew were hardworking, respectful of our home, and accommodated our requests. "We worked with Sequoia Outdoor Design and Build on our backyard and front yard to improve drainage problems and spruce up the exterior as it hadn't been touched in over a decade. Will and the Sequoia team instantly stood out among the rest of the estimates we received as he suggested a number of different options that would be functional, drought tolerant and achieve the aesthetic we were looking for, while staying within our budget. Our job was extensive, including the demolition of an old concrete patio and driveway, installation of french drains, pavers, turf, and lights along with some drought tolerant plants. Like most remodel projects, there were a couple hiccups along the way with some defective batches of materials and delays beyond the team's control. There were also some minor issues that had to be corrected along the way, but the team was keenly aware of the details and made sure to resolve these quickly. Throughout the process, Will was highly communicative, patient and responsive to our questions pre-, during, and post-installation. We appreciate that the crew worked hard to keep us on schedule and minimize delays when possible.
