"Brandon was quick to respond to my request for an estimate of what  I might  want done to my backyard.  He gave me a quote the same day for a list of items.  After reviewing the list, I decided to have his crew do two retaining walls and replace my deck stairs with wider, longer stairs.  There were a couple of other projects on the estimate list that I had decided to do myself.  Brandon gave me advice on how to do them even though I had not contracted him to do that particular work.
I also had to reschedule the start date and he was very flexible in rescheduling for me.  His crew always showed up on time and worked diligently while they were at my residence . Brian, the supervisor, answered my many questions readily. I wanted to be able to do these projects on my own some day.  They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves daily.  They finished the projects on time.
One project I did myself was put in new sod.  I was  having problems with the grass and called Brandon since he had recommended the type of grass to use.  He came out to my house to look at it and spent some time with me explaining what I needed to do.  He did not have to make a trip to my residence to help me since this was not part of the projects I had hired him to do.  He was very helpful.

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
