"Diamond Developments owner Paul is a carpentry artisan, supported by a professional, efficient and conscientious crew. Our house, built in the 1930’s had an unusable attic space inside of a dated (1960’s-70’s) room. Paul and team transformed the attic space to an awesome walk in closet. They also finished off the dated room and added built in shelving, it looks incredible! We appreciated the design and thought put into the project along with consideration of time period of home. Did I mention too that they completed all of this in around a week? When first meeting with Paul he listened to our vision and responded with several options for implementing. We never felt that any sort of “hard sell” from Paul, just options and prices. We are looking to have Diamond Developments back our place to finish off another room, hoping this review does not attract too many new clients before we get started :-)"

"Tim was willing to work with me on my design, and willing to do whatever he could to try to meet my budget. He was very communicative throughout the process, delivered on his commitments, and his crew worked their asses off during the hottest week of the summer. Tim and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He had his crew re-do a large portion of the job, because it wasn't up to his standards (brickwork wasn't completely level). This is something i may not have even noticed, but tim did, and without even asking me about it, he had them address it, which i have no doubt, added a full day of labor. Great work, love my new yard, will def use again when i need more work done in the future!"
