"I can genuinely say that my experience with this company from start to finish was great. Luis was very responsive to my initial inquiry and scheduled a time to meet with me immediately. He worked with me on a design and came back to the house multiple times to make sure everything was right before we decided to proceed. It did take about two weeks for us to schedule the job but now that I've had this experience, I can understand why he's so busy! The job took two full days, day one with 3 guys and day two with 4 guys. Our yard was literally a dirt patch before so the work entailed: moving irrigation valves, removing/replacing sprinklers, installing a drip system, laying down black fabric over the entire space followed by decomposed granite (DG), planting numerous plants (which I purchased upon my request), placing bender board around two large existing trees and laying down mulch around the trees, creating a path running throughout the yard with large flagstone pieces, designing a river bed with rock, placing rock all along the outside of our fence line. All of the guys that came (Luis, Sergio, Sammy, Alex) worked very hard, were very polite and professional. Luis had to leave a few times to pick up additional materials but Sammy was able to answer any questions or talk me through any decisions while Luis was gone. I felt very comfortable every step of the way and we made several adjustments throughout the process. I never felt like I was asking dumb questions or was a bother with my million ideas. Our yard looks absolutely beautiful. It's more than I could have envisioned and truly have to thank Luis and his crew for a stellar experience. I learned that they also can help with fences, decks, cement work and yard service so I will most definitely be a repeat customer!"
