"I wanted to finish my attic so it could be used for storage. DM Building has done a couple of projects for me before, so I called them to discuss this. It was a fairly complex project with various design problems, but I was able to rely on Danny Montijo to provide sound advice and found him to be very knowledgeable when it comes to finding good solutions. He worked with the architect and subcontractors to find the best way build the storage space I wanted.
The crew that did the bulk of the work did great work, is reliable and friendly, and was careful to clean up the site at the end of the day. One of the most valuable talents of a general contractor is knowing who the good tradesmen are and I was pleased with all the subcontractors that DM Building brought into the project.
The project proceeded smoothly. There were no interruptions except when waiting for materials to arrive. Otherwise, there was someone here every day and Danny visited frequently to ensure the job was progressing satisfactorily. In addition, he was readily available by phone or text when not on the job site.
In a project like this there are many small design decisions that have to be made along the way, but I knew if I wasn't available I could count on Danny or his crew choosing a good option instead of the easy one. There are always snags of course, but I always felt I could discuss the problems openly and work together toward a productive solution.
The result is a storage space that I'm pleased with and would not have happened without the skilled and dedicated workmanship of DM Building.

"Exceptional service with quality care and very professional hardscaping (Team Andy) and landscaping team (Team Omar). CEO, Emily Ayala was not only professional but provided thorough communication during our front yard project. Emily provided a 3D virtual design within hours after our initial consultation meeting all of our requests as well as comprehensive architectural design. Overall, we had an excellent experience working with Emily and her crew at San Diego Premier Outdoor Design! We are thrilled with the new look and quality of pavers, turf, landscape, lighting and irrigation system."

"I hired this landscape designer to transform my backyard and was thrilled with the end result. The designer was creative, attentive, and provided practical solutions to improve the functionality and beauty of my outdoor space. Highly recommend!"

"I wanted decorative rocks to cover bare dirt in my backyard. The job was done quickly, at a fair price, and to my satisfaction. I have asked Juan to come back to do landscape maintenance on the property on a regular basis."

"Our front landscape was in desperate need of makeover landscaping. C&H Gardens has trimmed and removed many very large trees for me, over the last 6 years. It was an easy decision to choose Kent and C&H to do our landscaping project. Design was agreed upon and work began in mid-May 2020 and completed as designed in 3 weeks, on time and at cost projection. The professional work crew and design elements that added great visual quality to the street view was more than we expected. Our family and friends agree the work and view was fantastic. We will have an easy choice on our next project for the back yard...C&H is our contractor. Thanks Kent Horner, job well done."

"I experienced the utmost in professionalism and creativity! They were very responsive to what I envisioned for my place and gave me assistance and support throughout the whole process, including advice when needed. The Peaches and Cream team made themselves available whenever needed and provided needed reassurance when I waffled on some of my decisions. I would unequivocally recommend them to anyone needing interior design services and decorating."

"This was a complete landscape redo for our residence. The project included fencing and painting, repair redwood deck and paint, install pavers and fire pit, remove grass and install synthetic turf, large tree removal, hedge removal, destruction and removal of sidewalk and replacement with pavers, replacement of lawn with decorative rock and succulents/cactus, complete irrigation overhaul and installation of drip system, install landscape lighting. Luis is a stickler for detail and made sure the job was done right. He is great to work with and his crew are professional and courteous."

"Patrick from Petrone Landscaping Design was very professional, prompt communication, and did a wonderful job in the design for our front yard landscaping project."
