"Joe and team at Three D Concepts did a phenomenal job. Very professional and very knowledgeable in his field. Joe provided insight and ideas that I didn't even think of when starting the project. He was also very familiar with my township and the surrounding areas, which is important whenever doing a home extension. Knowing how to navigate the various zoning laws is so important with something like this. I searched around quite a bit for a qualified architect who is trust worthy. Many wanted to charge a percentage of the construction job. In my opinion, the cost of tile that I choose, shouldn't dictate my architectural costs. Joe provided a flat fee quote upfront. This was a breathe of fresh air and took a lot of uncertainty out of the process. Finally, the quality of work was top notch. We absolutely love the plans that he put together for us. Our dream home will now finally become a reality thanks to Joe and Three D Concepts."

"Carlos was an important part of helping us with our overall design. He is very knowledgeable and he and his team take pride in their work . During the planning phase Carlos gave us a 3D visual of our project prior to starting which was so helpful to help tweak as we wanted to make our design even better. Without this visual we would not have been able to decide upon changes as easily as we did . Charles and Sons was by far the most affordable and he and his crew were able to give us the most for our money His ideas and ability to deliver surpassed the 5 other quotes we received in all areas . Quality job and we are very happy . I highly recommend."

"Jon was very thorough from beginning to end. He took the time to make recommendations that helped me a lot. I will recommend him to anyone needing similar projects."

"When He came to see the word site I just gave him an idea of what I wanted. When he came back with the design he knew exactly what I wanted. When my kitchen was done I was ecstatic he did such a great job that I hired him to do the rest of the house. He is now working on the bathroom I canâ  t wait to see the results. Another word Iâ  m very happy with his work."

"It went extremely well. They knew what they were doing. When something went wrong they took care of it. They were punctual. They showed up when they said they would. They were clean and didn't leave any trash. We were extremely pleased with them. The retaining wall 8 feet high and 90 ft long. I would highly recommend them."

"Angel came to our house, listened carefully to the details of our desired backyard remodel, and provided a fair estimate 3 days later. Angel and his crew started on the project earlier than Angel had projected, and finished within a few weeks. He delivered exactly what we had asked for, and what he had promised. Angel is very communicative and helpful, and his approach cascades to his crew. They answered all questions we had, and offered solutions when needed. We will be working with Angel again...highly recommended!"

"Very professional work and service."

"We hired Sembrador Landscaping to clean up an abundance of overgrown weeds and debris that accumulated on our property that my husband can no longer maintain due to age and medical conditions. The crew was professional, polite, and worked diligently. The owner sent pictures and texts updating me throughout the day. We will use them again and totally recommend this company."

"Great job by professional crew!!"

"Very quick and easy to work with. The drawings and the design for our project was perfect! Thank you!"
