"Joe was prompt in his arrival to help me design our project - a combined paver walk and patio. He listened to my ideas and his team, Brian and Donovan, created an atmosphere that is welcoming and absolutely beautiful. The guys worked hard in digging the foundation for the walkway and patio in high temperatures. They are to be commended for their work ethics! There are several curves in the project so they had to cut the pavers and bricks. That's a tough job in itself but they did it to perfection. They did a good job with the new plan, but when the installation crew arrived we were told the designer would not be coming out to the site. The site foreman asked me where to place the plants. My response was that that's why I hired your firm. The designer did eventually come out to the job completed. The designer did not follow up with us to see if we were satisfied.
