"We bought a new house but both master bathroom and Kitchen needed to be renovated. We hired Premier Signature Kitchen and Bath. Victoria came to our home and designed our Bathroom and Kitchen. Her design ideas were great. She sat with my wife and came up with a very beautiful and functional design for both master bathroom and Kitchen. We removed our old tub and made a walk in handicapped accessible walk-in shower. In our Kitchen area we removed some walls and expanded the kitchen. Miss Victoria helped us choose the cabinets, countertops, backsplash, LED mirrors, vanities, lights and paint. She met us in her local showroom and helped us choose everything matching. We were pleased with the process. Her construction crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They educated us at each and every step and made the process very pleasant. The project was completed withing the time frame miss Victoria gave and end product was Fabolous. Great Job Victoria."

"We hired Jim Lockhart to design and construct our old run down screen porch and make it into a three season porch. Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design, explain and show pictures of the finished product. His forty years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project, and the cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also put two new storm doors on and did an exceptional job. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. They take great pride in their work and do an excellent cleanup job. I highly recommend Jim. He works on customers homes as if they were his home. The quality of work is exceptional. You will be satisfied and happy using Lockhart Construction."

"First State Bath totally remodeled our master bathroom from a tiny, cramped, outdated space to a beautiful and functional bathroom! We went with an acrylic shower (no tub) with sliding glass doors to maximize space, and it feels both space efficient and luxurious. They spent the time with us to go over all of our options for what would best for us in terms of space, needs, and aesthetic. The end result is perfect, and I will call them again when we remodel our guest bathroom!"
