"I just completed a job with Landscape Solutions in Los Gatos and wanted to share my experience with anyone who might be looking for a landscape company. Our project was a small yard with a combination of hard surface and the installation of artificial turf for our dogs. I was surprised how good it looks and the dogs seem to enjoy it as much as real grass. I interviewed a few companies and chose Landscape Solutions based on how easy they were to talk to and how transparent they were with their process including design and billing. The entire job went very smoothly. I changed a few things after we started, and they were upfront about how that would impact the time to completion and the cost. In both cases their estimates were accurate. Their pricing was competitive and given the quality of the finish product and the ease of working with them I found it to be very reasonable. The guys they had doing the work were very professional, polite, and easy to work with. They cleaned up after each days work and returned the next morning right on time. I appreciated that they were very respectful of my time and my home. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I have already recommended them to a friend who may need work done in the future. They are a 5 star contractor. I highly recommend them."

"Natural Vibrations Inc. just completed our second project with them, conversion of a 1960s rumpus room into a junior ADU, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining space. It required thoughtful design, placement of lengthy sewer and water lines, extensive new electrical work, addition of a window, HVAC heat pump system, removal and replacement of new sheetrock, insulation, porcelain flooring, quartz countertops, appliances, fine carpentry including custom shelving, restoration of antique stained glass windows, tiling, and a versatile lighting system with spectrum-adjustable LED illumination. This was accomplished with minimal disruption and maximum attention to our input at every stage. We enjoyed their cheerful company and parted, once again, on the best of terms."

She quickly responded to feedback & updates to our design, and she even worked through her vacation on our project. When one of the vendors got our order incorrectly, the Geico Builders team worked with them to quickly rectify the issue. During construction, the foreman, Tony, was very well-organized and good to work with. His team was friendly, careful, and they kept the place as clean as they could. They follow up with us throughout construction to ensure that every detail of the construction was built to what we wanted."

"It was a great pleasure working with Pouria and Juan. I hired them to help build a 400 sq. ft. deck, and they were able to finish it within a week at a very high quality. They were incredibly flexible with all of our requirements?don't hesitate to communicate with them if you need anything changed during construction! They are absolutely amazing and efficient. They even did some extra work around our house, which will really help us in the long run. Their pricing is very fair compared to many other groups, and I will definitely go to them the next time I need a project done!"

"Excellent work laying out a residential landscape using pine bark with river stone walkways lined by larger rocks creating decorative paths for low maintenance, water conserving and weed free garden access. Also pleased with light carpentry to repair fence gates, reinforce some wobbly fence posts, and also hauling away fallen branches and leaves. Always show up on time, review what is to be done and a walk-through afterwards to be sure I'm satisfied with everything. A polite and professional team. Have employed them several times this year, on the recommendation of a friend."

"Sigura Construction has been our contractor since 2014. Back then, they tore down and rebuilt our house based on the architect's designs. As with any contractor anyone has ever worked with, we had some frustrations with time delays and unexpected expenses. However, literally everyone who visits our house comments on how beautiful it is and how well built it is. We have a lot of house pride and know that Sigura Construction has a lot to do with that. In addition, true to his word, Ilan has always responded to our requests for touch ups and is always responsive to our calls and texts. We continue to call Ilan anytime we need something; we simply don't trust anyone else to do as good a job and be as reliable with the quality of work."
