"Joe and team at Three D Concepts did a phenomenal job. Very professional and very knowledgeable in his field. Joe provided insight and ideas that I didn't even think of when starting the project. He was also very familiar with my township and the surrounding areas, which is important whenever doing a home extension. Knowing how to navigate the various zoning laws is so important with something like this. I searched around quite a bit for a qualified architect who is trust worthy. Many wanted to charge a percentage of the construction job. In my opinion, the cost of tile that I choose, shouldn't dictate my architectural costs. Joe provided a flat fee quote upfront. This was a breathe of fresh air and took a lot of uncertainty out of the process. Finally, the quality of work was top notch. We absolutely love the plans that he put together for us. Our dream home will now finally become a reality thanks to Joe and Three D Concepts."

"I hired David to remodel my master bedroom bathroom and my main bathroom, both on my second floor. He was extremely professional at all times, and always consulted me of any changes. When you demo a bathroom, you find many surprises behind walls, and I was faced with a few dilemmas. David 's expertise in this field of remodeling bathrooms for over 30 years, gave me the options to resolute the issues. During the planning phase Carlos gave us a 3D visual of our project prior to starting which was so helpful to help tweak as we wanted to make our design even better. Without this visual we would not have been able to decide upon changes as easily as we did . "We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with.
