When I decided to add to my outdoor living area, I called him again and he exceeded my expectations with his design ideas, planning and execution. Since then, Ryan and his team have designed and built several other projects for me, custom laundry room with floating dividing barn doors, a custom den cabinet/bar floor to vaulted ceiling with rolling ladder including several custom enhancements to support my hobbies and use of spaces, repairs, painting, and even landscape design. No matter what the project, Ryan is always my first call. Ryan’s attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage every aspect of the job are exceptional. He keeps you updated throughout the process, welcomes feedback, and is always respectful, punctual, and professional. His crew works neatly and cleans up daily, which I really appreciate. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is top-notch, from the design and engineering phase to the permitting phase, he has handled all the technical aspects of my projects—Ryan handles it all seamlessly. His subcontractors are equally skilled and reliable, and he keeps you informed of schedules or changes. "Darren was very prompt in responding to our call.  He came out and reviewed the property needs and gave us a quick estimate and got us on the schedule within about a week of our design meeting.  Workers were prompt, efficient and thorough. House has beautiful curb appeal now.  Trees and shrubs are nicely pruned. New plantings look great and flower beds and yard are all cleaned up of old debris and freshened up with clean bark dust. They even swept off our back porch  Darren's team is quick and efficient and does a great job at a reasonable price."

"We needed some room additions to our small house in Burien. After speaking with several other architects and seeing how flaky they were right off the bat, we were dreading the whole process. After speaking with Char once we knew we were in good hands. Her communication was perfect. We would have weekly updates to go over the process and discuss any changes or recommendations. We were on a tight budget for the building costs, so when we found a contractor that we enjoyed, they were able to understand and calculate an accurate estimate from her drawings that were within our budget. She was able to get all the permitting for the additions from the City of Burien within 3 weeks with no redactions. We would hire her again, as matter of a fact, we did hire her for another build/design, Immediately after designing the house additions, but we just ran out of money for that build. I even recommended her to several other friends with their builds."
