"Unbelievable! There is no way I can fully express my delight with 1st Class in only 1000 characters. Everything from the engine to the ash tray looks newer that new! I've had black cars detailed before and have always ended up with some swirl marks or other imperfections. I thought that was just par for the course with black cars. But Ty managed to bring out a shine so deep it looks like glass -- and without a swirl, scratch, or smudge to be found anywhere. "I first have to say that I truly appreciate this company's willingness to work with me.  I had an appointment scheduled for January but had to reschedule due to a family emergency. Then I had to reschedule again due to a conflicting appointment.  They were so nice and easy to work with.
That being said, we finally got together today and I couldn't be more pleased.  I have lived in my house for 7 years and have not used my fireplace.  Every year I say, "This is the year!" and this year it was finally the year.
Tim Anderson, the owner himself, came out and he was respectful (laid down tarps, asked before moving futniture) and thorough.
He cleaned the chimney and carefully vacuumed everything up.  He did a careful inspection and assured me that everything was in excellent shape.
He even greased the chains on the metal screen to make sure that they glide easily!
I can't say enough about how thrilled I am to finally use my fireplace!
