"I called Jessica when my regular decorator was unable to help me redecorate my bathrooms and I was not disappointed! Jessica responds to all questions and phone calls almost immediately and I absolutely love her choices. My husband was not excited about updating our bathrooms until he saw Jessica’s mood-boards and now even he can’t wait to get started on the project. My only concern is that once the bathrooms are complete we will want to do more updating! Thank you Jessica and Dani! Would definitely recommend. I am a retired real estate agent so I have worked with many home stagers and decorators throughout my 35 year career and I think Jessica’s talents are among the best."

"Jonathan and his crew are always THE BEST! I would never go with anyone else. He has worked with us at two homes over the past 15 years and we are always extremely satisfied. Jonathan goes above and beyond with each job. He seems to read my mind when it comes to landscape design...I usually just tell him to do whatever he thinks will look good and it always turns out better than expected. Not only is he brilliant at design, he is also extremely knowledgable about plant choices, plant health and designing for the future (what will look good in 10 years, not just the present). His crew is always on time, very respectful and obviously very knowledgable at each task they undertake . I highly recommend Jonathan and Southern Accents Landscape Design."

"From start to finish, everyone was professional, prompt and so helpful. Marcus, Erik and Dan arrived on time and explained everything as they progressed. Install was quick and windows look amazing. Heath, our Design Consultant, even stopped by after the install to follow up. Will definitely use them again for future projects!"

"We met with them in the Fall of 2000 for a design and estimated costs. We were so pleased that we did not even contact anyone
else for an estimate. They were very easy to work with from the beginning. They went with us to present a plan for a small fenced in
back yard in 2001. The Architectural Review Committee was a very tough sell. Due to the excellent presentation by Hampstead Landscaping we were allowed to have a fenced in back yard. We are one of two that have this in the entire neighborhood. I have used them since that time for all major maintenance except the weekly cutting of the grass. I also still use them when I want something added or changed to my landscape.

Start by defining your goals and budget. Collect photos of rooms you love, jot down must-have features, and list what isn’t working in your current space. Share these details—and your target budget—during the first meeting. The clearer you are, the quicker a designer can translate your vision into a workable plan and keep costs in check.
Yes, working with an interior designer can help you save money. Designers prevent costly missteps, secure trade discounts on furniture and finishes, and coordinate the project so you don’t pay twice for the same work. Their upfront fee often pays for itself in avoided change orders, tighter timelines, and materials purchased at below-retail pricing.
A full interior design project wraps up in two to three months, on average, while a decorating job takes four to eight weeks. Timelines stretch if you add structural changes, custom millwork, or specialty materials, and unexpected shipping or permit delays can tack on extra days. Talk with your designer about project milestones and build in a little wiggle room.
Interview at least three pros whose portfolios match your style. Review their credentials and ask for references. During a face-to-face or virtual meeting, discuss your goals, budget, and timeline, and make sure their communication style and fee structure feel comfortable. The right designer combines technical know-how with a creative approach that clicks with you.
