"Our new kitchen is beautiful, functional, and better than we could have imagined. AES transformed our cramped, galley-style kitchen into a show piece. Overall, the process was fairly smooth from design through execution. We enjoyed working with their interior designer/concierge person, Shawna—picking materials and products was a breeze, and we had the benefit of AES's direct relationship with some quality vendors. Furthermore, they produced good-quality architectural 3-D renderings which were very helpful for the design process. One nice anecdote: At the beginning, I let AES know that I wanted to do painting (to save a bit of money, and to do it to my liking). The kitchen crew still did fantastic wall prep—perfectly primed and smooth. The kitchen crew also carefully removed the old cabinetry intact and in good condition, allowing me to donate it eventually. I have one word of warning for customers undertaking any similar remodel: avoid Best Buy if you can! AES typically brings their clients to Best Buy for picking out appliances. While we were super happy with the products we bought, dealing with Best Buy was a nightmare. One appliance arrived damaged and Best Buy gave both us AND our AES rep the run-around trying to get it replaced. Thankfully, AES had our back and it was finally sorted and the appliance re-installed by the wonderful kitchen crew. The kitchen was finished sooner than expected too, with no loss to attention to detail."

"Carlos and Pam arrived at the scheduled time and provided an initial estimate.  Part of the work involved a section of fence that is shared with my neighbor who later decided to have their fence replaced at the same time.  We received individual, updated estimates from Pam, and the price included a discount for doing both jobs at the same time.  After submitting the deposit, I waited for a scheduled date for the work to begin.  One morning at 7 am I received a call from Carlos asking if it was OK to begin the work that morning.  I would have preferred to have advance notice but I consented to the same day schedule.  The new fence took 2 days to construct and was right on time.  I'm very happy with the way it turned out and other neighbors have commented on how nice the fence looks.  The only criticism I have is that the yard clean up could have been better by clearing out all pieces of the old fence and the removing the large pile of sawdust instead of spreading it in mulch. 
My neighbor and I received a separate estimate for painting. The price was in line with those from other companies so we went with Master Fences. They called the night before to schedule the job (had to schedule according to weather conditions) and they showed up on time.   The painting took 2 days to apply 2 coats.  They did a nice job on the painting.  I'm pleased with the overall experience and I would use them again."
