"My husband and I recently started looking for a bathroom designer to complete our bathroom design floor plan. We came across several contractors but they all seemed to produce the exact same templates and designs. We wanted something different. After several consultations from local companies, we decided to ask a neighbor about their recent project. We were referred to Eric and the Top Leader team and after an appointment with Eric, we were very impressed by what they had shown us. Their service and presentation was outstanding and Eric introduced us to several designers within the company that could assist us with our design retainer. After having our bathroom layout redesigned, and revising their proposed layout, we realized that we definitely made the right choice. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
