His team showed up early and stayed later in the day to get the work done. They were easy to work with and meticulous in their work & cleanup. Frank also met with us after the work was completed, reviewed the contract to make sure all aspects were satisfactory to us. We are very pleased with the patio and landscaping and would recommend Bergin Property Management without reservation."
