"Weather aware we watched reports closely to set the work dates to avoid this summers wettest days!  The company owner, Carlos Ruano, called to let us know the deck materials would be delivered before the install days.  When day one of install arrived the crew got to work early and worked all day (they must have taken a lunch break but everytime I looked at least two were working!)  The first day was entirely used for removal of the old deck and inspection of the remaining support posts.  Day two began the install of the new deck.  Day three was job completion.
Each day the job site was cleaned at the end of the day.
After one month Carlos returned to stain and seal the deck.  And he made a second visit to touch up the stain & seal.
We are very happy with the results and strongly recommend Carlos and his crew.
