"I hired Iconiq Construction to do my kitchen and I?m really happy how it came out. Sean and his guys were great, they told me what?s going on all the time so I never had to wonder. Everything went smooth, no waiting around, no extra money they ask for later. The kitchen looks so good now, better than I thought, and I?m glad I went with them."

"The process working with Char to develop a set of design plans for my master suite addition has been fantastic. She has worked with me step by step, explaining the process at each point and what I can expect. She also listened to what I was looking for, drew up various designs, and then worked with me on modifications. She was a partner in the process the entire time, not only treating me with respect and professionalism, but talking through options and pros and cons with me so I ended up with the design I really wanted. Throughout the entire process I felt like I was in good and trustworthy hands. So much so that I will continue to use Char's assistance as I move forward on next steps with this project."

"If you are looking for good quality roofing work, with no cutting corners, then this company is for you. I would definitely hire them again ?"

"I really like the presentation I received from CJ at Cedarbrook. It was easy to understand and professionally produced. Any questions I had were quickly answered. If I had moved forward with the project, I would’ve hired him. CJ comes across as a really good guy, fair assessments & costs, and makes you feel comfortable on hiring him. I would recommend he and his company for any remodeling project needed."

"We hired Granados Landscaping for a paver project and the experience and outcome was amazing. We described what we wanted and they took it from there creating a new base and moving our shed, grading, installing bedding and pavers in the backyard area and removing a few evergreen bushes for us. They will soon be installing a deck for us and we are thinking there may be a few other projects we can do too. Definitely recommended."

"Very skilled and knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Excellent craftsmanship. Accurate estimates in both time and cost. Would definitely use again."

"Josh has always been prompt and communicative with every interaction we've had. I initially got in touch with him about new construction design questions, and when we discovered that our current home porch posts had rotted through due to faulty design by the original home designer, Josh jumped into action. He had his engineer and construction crew to our door within 24 hours to take a look and put together a plan. He took my design ideas and brought them to life. He was transparent about all parts of the cost (to include his profit), and gave us to option to lower the cost by hauling away debris and painting the porch (which we were more than willing to do). Any delays with the work were met with a phone call and followup email if he didn't get through to either my husband or I immediately, and the construction crew did very high quality work. We were beyond pleased with his customer service! We will definitely use Revival Home Designs in the future when we decide to build our forever home."

"Eli is a very knowledgeable structural engineer who is also very customer oriented. He will be there at the site when you need him. I have dealt with a few structural engineers, but I ONLY used Eli services, as I could not quite rely on the other folks as well as I can on Eli. He explains the solution very well and does his best to coordinate his work with other contractors very well. Thank you Eli for your superb support."

"Overall a good experience, only reason I'm not giving a five star rating is a little fit and finish on the flooring."
