"Everything was wonderful from beginning to end!! This company communicated well (the owner’s initial call was made same day I contacted him through this site), and he continued to reach out in a timely fashion throughout our job. (Almost a MIRACLE these days!!) He listened carefully to everything I needed done, provided knowledgeable suggestions, and made careful notes for necessary information. His crew was polite, friendly, efficient and careful! I was SO IMPRESSED!!!! The price was in line with landscaping costs. (Not necessarily cheap, but not out of line with everything that was done). I can’t say enough good things about our experience! I am COMPLETELY pleased and will DEFINITELY be using them in the future. I have used a few other landscapers over the years, and this company was simply ABOVE & BEYOND!! They know what they are doing & are exceptional at it! 🙌👏"

"I can't say enough great things about this company! I am a single mother, and Richard was very conscious of my budget. He went shopping with me to find the right plants for my yard, all the while considering the budget. Richard designed my yard without any drawings, and it is absolutely beautiful! I have never had a yard so pretty before. Richard and his crew worked hours and hours to finish my yard perfectly. Richard even helped assemble my new weed eater and show me how to use it. Richard and his crew were willing to work however long it took to get the job done to my liking. I plan to hire this company again next year to trim my trees and design an area in the woods behind my house. This company is honest, hard working, and determined to please the client. Not only will you get a fair price, you will get an amazing outcome. Thank you AAA for everything. You are the best!"

"I called this company 1/28/2026 around 4:00 PM, We had hired two different contractors to plow our subdivision, the whole subdivision and our mailboxes were left with 4-foot-wide path of snow in front of them. This Company came out at 9:30 PM and worked until 1:30 am I have never been happier they did a fantastic job. the first pictures are before and the next are after. Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation. We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.?
Chris was absolutely fantastic! He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process. We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish. He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details.
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care.
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional.
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction.
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews. Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding. In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate. The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation.
Spring is just around the corner. We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.
