"I thought they did a good job despite damaging the shoulder of my gravel road when they ran off the edge and got their truck and trailer stuck. They fixed the damage without question. My beef is with Michelle for failing to provide a quote for regular yard maintenance which she promised. Later, when reminded, she again promised a quote and managed to not follow through. She is either very forgetful or did not want the job. However, if she did not what the job, she could have found a way to say so. Communications is their weakness.

"I'm not sure how difficult the work really was but to me it seemed impossible. John was very good in asking me questions and drew up a sketch of the coffee table I was talking about. It was like magic, the vision I had in my head appeared in his sketch pad. Since then I've had him do many things like, refinish my dining room table, build a dresser for my daughter (that she designed), cutting boards, work bench for my husband. He is now working on a entertainment center for me and will soon start a play house bunch bed for my daughter."
