I visited the installation every 30-60 minutes, and was very impressed with the quality of the product and the robustness of the installation design/method and also the materials. However, after 1.5 years, one of the trees appeared to be dying. It was past the 1 year guarantee period, but Dixon agreed to replace the tree with another at only his cost. The replacement tree continues to do well, and I so appreciated his response and customer service."
