"I love the design and look of new yard. They removed old and created fresh clean yard. The concrete work flawless. I thought we communicated well. The only discrepancies were the quality and appearance of yellow petite roses in front yard. I moved them to side yard. Plants seemed small for 5 quart plants perhaps I quart? Bark color / quqlity not as described. I needed a new gate at completion and got lucky hiring two pros. There seems to be a sink hole in lawn, Greg came out and said that was a drain? "All lawns" have a drain. Umm ok, this is only lawn with a drain over a sink hole. Sod was weedless for two weeks. Im staying on top of removing them by hand. Overall it's the best looking yard on the street, by far. Greg is a nice man and I feel he priced his job reasonably. Always on time , considerate. Job was done quickly. Yes I am happy with the job overall."

I put a pool in when I first moved in 2 years ago and the second half and both sides of the house were unfinished. That said, I worked with blue star to come up with a design that was within my budget (after some back and forth and cutting a few things out) which was not huge. They cleaned up after themselves which I have had contractors before leave their empty water bottles and food wrappers behind. Mark and his crew are professional, friendly and hard workers. I had used Mark 13 years ago when I bought this home and they did a great job with the front of the house. It is unrecognizable from what I had purchased.
