"The project went great. It was the best end-to-end experience I think I've ever had working with a contractor for a project at my house. Pablo arrived when he said he would when he came out to do the estimate. I told him I wanted all the grass ripped out and replaced with some low maintenance plants that would have colorful bloom and maybe some rocks. 15 minutes later he had sketched out a design I liked and provided an estimate. On the project start date he, again, showed up on time with his team and a contract that was simple easy to read reflected exactly what we talked about previously. I was impressed by how quickly they worked through the project, they completely cleaned up any mess they had made, and my front yard looks fabulous! "I reviewed Ziebart Cons. a year and half or so ago and let everyone know that we would recommmend them for all your remodel needs. Just wanted to folllow up on that review. We had some ceiling texture start to peel above the master shower area. This was at least 6-7 months after our one year warranty had expired. Matt came and took a look and said that the texture must not have been applied correctly and that he would have it taken care of asap. With no charge to us. He could have said your warranty is up... but he did not. That is the kind of customer service we really appreciate."
