"We were looking to expand our house for years, with addition ADU. We had selected Geico Builders for their craftsmanship, selection of materials and the competitive pricing. Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. it's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I projects. Great professionals to trust your home."

"It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely.
