"From the very beginning I was thoroughly pleased with everyone I worked with, Salesman, window removal and re-installation of new windows by craftsman and everyone involved! If I had a question concerning the contract or installation questions, all were answered in a timely manner to me by my Salesman, Steve Churma. He was well versed in the product as well as all of the procedures necessary for this project and that was truly appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone that might require new windows at any time."

"Master Bathroom Upgrade Review I highly recommend this construction company for any home renovation project. They recently completed an upgrade of our master bathroom, and the experience and final result were exceptional. The project was completed on time and on budget, which was a huge relief. I've heard countless stories of cost overruns and timeline delays, and I was genuinely expecting both. This company’s commitment to their initial proposal was a testament to their professionalism and meticulous planning. The team's craftsmanship was outstanding. The crew consistently arrived on time, starting their day at 7:30 am and working diligently until 6:30 pm. Their work ethic and dedication were truly impressive. My wife and I also felt completely comfortable and safe with them in our home. They were respectful of our space, only interacting with us when necessary The design process was a key part of our positive experience. Kim, our designer, did an outstanding job."

"Around seven years ago, Hector and his crew at Aerate 1 installed an Aquascape Rainwater Recycling Pondless Waterfall in my backyard. I was his first residential customer for this type of installation, although they'd done a couple commercial installations previously. It's set up to reuse the water runoff from my home's back gutter and sump pump discharge. I had no idea what to expect visually, but Hector had a vision. I'd seen landscaping jobs he'd done in my neighborhood, so I trusted him and let him have creative control. It was the best decision I've made! It is beautiful! The sound of running water, the ability to water my garden using an additional pump that pulls water from the underground reservoir, watching the birds' attraction to the water feature, the knowledge that I'm putting the discharged water from my sump pump to good use and very minimal upkeep involved--what's not to love? The crew comes out every spring to clean and restart the feature, then every fall they clean and shut it down for the winter months. They do a great job picking up after themselves when they're done. I've also had them clean my garden beds--spading the edges, removing the old mulch and putting down new, fresh mulch. They've always done a great job and are very polite. Hector himself comes out and checks every job personally. I highly recommend this company for any type of landscape or water feature! Hector also recently installed a flagstone walkway that goes from my driveway all the way to the patio in my backyard. I described what I wanted and left the rest to Hector and his crew. They not only gave me what I wanted, they made it even more beautiful."

"i highly recommend J & P Brothers Landscaping. Juan helped me to design the landscaping, and he was prompt in getting the estimate to me. Juan and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job transforming my front yard! I will definitely be hiring them again for my backyard."

"We really enjoyed working with Kristina for our bathroom remodel. She has a keen eye for design and recommended colors, fixtures and designs that were attractive and flowed with the rest of the house. She coordinated the demolition of the old bathroom, the ordering and build of all the necessary supplies, and all of the construction. Very happy with the result!"

"Fantastic customer service and creativity in design"

"After a year of working with us, Marc designed the perfect home for our family. He spent significant time on site to get to know the space and spoke to us frequently to ensure his design met our hopes and dreams. His final design is visually stunning and maximizes space use in a way that reflects both the history of the home and modern preferences. His expertise in Chicago building code and city offices was instrumental in our project being approved quickly. He reviewed bids with us to ensure we selected a GC who could do the job and had competitive pricing. He regularly met and emailed with the GC and suppliers to address issues as they arose during the job so that all were resolved to our satisfaction. Throughout it all, he was just a nice guy to work with during a process that can be very stressful."

"Brandon was on site every day, the crew was friendly and worked their tails off. A few things were not as I wanted and the came back very quickly to make them perfect."
