"Repairs were well done and quickly,"

"Type1 Docks fixed my broken boat lift within a few hours. These guys are top notch, they fix the little obscure things you dont notice as well...They came on time, did a professional repair, were very knowledgable with their tradecraft, and cleaned up after the job. These guys are going to do well in this niche market. I would definetly call them again...Highly recommended !!!"

"We had an incredible experience with Brandon and his team at Dixon Fixin LLC rebuilding our dock. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. They finished on time—actually early, stayed under budget, and went above and beyond what we expected. Brandon handled everything seamlessly and even added thoughtful extras like building us a beautiful bench and installing cleats, which made the dock even more functional and enjoyable. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The work was done skillfully, professionally, and with great attention to detail. On top of that, the team kept everything clean and organized throughout the project, which we really appreciated. Our dock looks amazing now—better than we could have imagined. If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and truly talented to build or repair a dock, I highly recommend Brandon and the team at Dixon Fixin LLC.
