Comment: Gangway constantly movies off its track and wanders to the left. Wheels that allow Gangway to move up and down with dock are connected to an axle that runs through the three support beams underneath the Gangway. There are holes at the end of these beams that the axle passes through, wheels are located on either side of the Gangway that rests on the dock, thus the Gangway can move up and down with the dock as the dock rises and falls with the tide. The far left beam is not damaged. The center beam and the right beam are damaged to the extent that the holes that the axle runs through allow the right wheel to move further towards the front of the Gangway than the left wheel as the tide lowers the dock and puts pressure on the axle as the movement of the Gangway forces the axle towards the front of the Gangway(the part of the Gangway that rests on the dock.this forward movement of the axle should not occur at all and where the axle runs through the left support beam and through the only ho
