They were also very timely in thier work. Here is the most important part. After the install of the tile there was a problem with the grout cracking almost immediately. Jim Padula, the owner, was right on top of everything. He was VERY proactive and corrected the problem within a few days. He stood by his work. I nev er had to chase him. He called me almost daily to advise what the plan was to correct the problem. He did and everything came out great!"
