"Steve and his crew were amazing. They rebuilt our dock and roof better than anyone else. We had our dock rebuilt 7 yrs ago the company did not put the piling into the ground and they rotted away so the roof and platform were not supported. Our walkway was unlevel and multiple posts needed to be replaced. Steve and his team plus Cole rebuilt everything perfectly. His price was so reasonable. He showed up on time and not only did what he said he would do. He and his team went above and beyond. I can?t recommend him more highly. If you are looking for perfection and honesty he is your man. Thank you Steve and DockMD."

"Type1 Docks fixed my broken boat lift within a few hours. These guys are top notch, they fix the little obscure things you dont notice as well...They came on time, did a professional repair, were very knowledgable with their tradecraft, and cleaned up after the job. These guys are going to do well in this niche market. I would definetly call them again...Highly recommended !!!"

"Reset my paver patio and it looks brand new!"

"I had a bulkhead built, back filled with dirt and new sod put in. It looks fantastic. The staff is very professional and they work their butts off. Great Job!"

"Robert Douglas and his team were amazing - he had the same vision we had and handled the engineering drawings, permits and safety issues. He and his team were courteous on time and cleaned the site on a daily basis. Project was a complete tear down and rebuild of a deck and adding stairs and gate. I would recommend Robert Douglas Construction in a heart beat."

"Putting the cart before the horse. They showed up on time, very professional, but had to research the job before the quote."

"Brothers Marine Construction is a top notch company. Customer service and quality of work is outstanding. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone."

"Leland was amazing to work with. He was the most reliable contractor we had work on our home. He would be out there to oversee the project almost every day and make sure to do everything correctly and the way we want it. He was very responsive and his prices were much more reasonable than other dock builders I called in town. He built two retaining walls on the water for us and repaired our dock."

"Great guy who did a great job, highly recommend!!!"
