He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"

"It was so much easier than getting a dumpster. I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! "I would rate Padula Contruction very highly. My experience was very good. They were very helpful in the design of the project. Provided many tips to save me money. They were also very timely in thier work. Here is the most important part. After the install of the tile there was a problem with the grout cracking almost immediately. Jim Padula, the owner, was right on top of everything. He was VERY proactive and corrected the problem within a few days. He stood by his work. I nev er had to chase him. He called me almost daily to advise what the plan was to correct the problem. He did and everything came out great!"
