"2nd Story Deck Project: UpHouse is a remodelers dream! The old deck was 40 yrs old so the support structure (splitting posts and very long overhead beams) needed to be replaced; footings were reset and the structure and stairs were stabilized prior to installing new composite deck, stairs, and railings. The entire project only took 5 days! The crew was ON TIME, very courteous and respectful of the homeowners property. They are very skilled and creatively problem-solve when necessary (NO slowdown or work delays figuring things out!) Communication was not an issue - the owner was always available if I or the crew had questions. The crew thoroughly cleaned up the area each evening before leaving and upon completion you would not know they were even there! Like the deck just magically appeared! Seriously, I highly endorse these guys and the price is very fair for the labor, project size and quality of workmanship. I plan on having them return to level up and install my lower deck to match."

"We hired Todd to perform some repairs to our water damaged support posts on the front deck in preparation for exterior painting. while pulling away the damaged lumber he discovered the builder must have poured the concrete around the support pillars after installation and some pieces could not be removed as a result. He also discovered that the lower portion of the trim was actually a polyvinyl material that had held up compared to the wood. He made the suggestion that while it would cost a bit more than replacing the lumber the material would hold up better long-term in that exposed location. I appreciated his suggestion and went with the vinyl material that he had to laminate himself because it came in pieces half the needed thickness. Despite all this extra work and change in materials I was happy to see that my final invoice was only a bit more expensive than the original estimate. Todd is very budget conscious and I felt involved in the decision process throughout the project. I highly recommend Todd and appreciate his integrity."

"Mario and team repaired an existing lift and replaced another, making dock repairs as required. His team is thoughtful, plan ahead and work efficiently to complete the work. His pre-work estimate was spot on. During the project, he made additional suggestions for improvements to our design and delivered them at no extra charge which was extremely fair. For some outstanding new ideas we brought to the table, we added onto our project list and his incremental costs were minimal. He and his crew are true professionals, thoughtful and timely. We unequivocally recommend Sea Anchor for dock and boat lift projects and would be happy to serve as a reference."

"There is a reason Frank and his crew are so popular and worth the wait. They did great work repairing our sinking dock, even though there was quite a bit of rot in the pilings. Other contractors refused to do anything other than a complete tear out and rebuild, but Frank was willing to do a repair, and work within some atypical zoning requirements we had. These guys worked really hard, went the extra mile, and were always courteous. We feel really confident of their work. We would recommend them highly. Thanks Frank, John, Travis and Jason."

"Pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and got the job done. Would recommend."

"Apprecitive of the readiness and promptness of Oasis. Tear off and replacement took roughly 3 days, start to finish. I expressed that I needed my grounds to be as clean as when they arrived, and they did just that. We were impressed with the whole process."
