He not only re-cleaned our flue that had just been done but installed a new flue into our badly constructed chimney. Even after having to cut into our chimney 2x to get the flue to fit he stuck to his original quote. He called to keep me up to date on his arrival time and called to advise when the the work was completed. He also called several days later to assure all was working well.
