His quote was straightforward and accurate. His work speaks for itself as we are thrilled with the final product. I felt like Carlos respected my house, I think he was the neatest contractor I have ever used. He took out existing stone work and I was really happy about the minimal mess. I appreciate his punctuality and commitment to everything he said he would complete. I do think he charges a labor rate proportional to his results. "It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"I would rate Padula Contruction very highly. My experience was very good. They were very helpful in the design of the project. Provided many tips to save me money. They were also very timely in thier work. Here is the most important part. After the install of the tile there was a problem with the grout cracking almost immediately. Jim Padula, the owner, was right on top of everything. He was VERY proactive and corrected the problem within a few days. He stood by his work. I nev er had to chase him. He called me almost daily to advise what the plan was to correct the problem. He did and everything came out great!"
