It took about 2 weeks of texting and trying to getting responses to final set a time for him to come out. One of his workers came and did the cleaning. He did not cover anything around the stove, he left hand and foot (soot) prints everywhere he touched and walked. He left my fromt door open the whole time he was here (35* degrees outside) He did a partial job of cleaning up after himself. When I mentioned to him about the marks he left, all he could say was I don't have rags to clean. I spoke to Mr. Cowen about how unhappy I was with the way things were left and he said he would talk his worker and just use soap and water to clean everything. I should not have to clean up after Cowan's job. When I offer to pay him he told me to keep my money and Goodbye."

However the driveway repairs he performed did not go as expected for him and I ended up with less than what was promised. The job was to dig out and cold patch the cracked and sunken areas of the driveway, then crack fill and seal-coat. Apparently this was done on the hottest day of the year and a few days later, many of the cracks seemed unfilled.
