"We hired Todd to perform some repairs to our water damaged support posts on the front deck in preparation for exterior painting. while pulling away the damaged lumber he discovered the builder must have poured the concrete around the support pillars after installation and some pieces could not be removed as a result. He also discovered that the lower portion of the trim was actually a polyvinyl material that had held up compared to the wood. He made the suggestion that while it would cost a bit more than replacing the lumber the material would hold up better long-term in that exposed location. I appreciated his suggestion and went with the vinyl material that he had to laminate himself because it came in pieces half the needed thickness. Despite all this extra work and change in materials I was happy to see that my final invoice was only a bit more expensive than the original estimate. Todd is very budget conscious and I felt involved in the decision process throughout the project. I highly recommend Todd and appreciate his integrity."
