"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. "My husband purchased the work from Groupon. It was for 3 hours of drywall. We had some minor drywall repairs around our door frames. It took forever to get a response. My husband had to call a few times. Rick was polite when he and my husband spoke. I spoke with Rick to arrange the date and he told me I would not be charged for the plaster since it took so long to schedule and that a special kind of quick dry plaster would be used so that it could be sanded the same day.
Once scheduled, the worker was polite and arrived on time. However he missed plastering around one of the door frames and charged me $50 for the materials. He also did not use the quick dry plaster so it was not sanded.
