"I had a new patio door installed. The door is very nice, and the installers did an excellent job. However, it took over a month longer than quoted to get the door, and the only time I got any information was by contacting them directly. Even then most times my voice messages were not returned. Once the door arrived I did get decent service or the rating for customer service would be 1 star"

"Homeland Improvements is a small professional organization. Shane is very polite and you can tell he really cares about doing a quality job. When we are ready to have more windows installed we will use him again because the windows and doors are a good product and Shane takes the time to install them properly, not on the cheap. Thanks!"
