"Shawn responded immediately and offered his services to evaluate our front door latch. It was rather old and well used and required careful inspection of the inner workings. He removed it and dismantled the mechanics of it and determined the problem. With patience he analyzed a way to adapt the broken part to make it work, thus saving us the expense of a rather pricey Arts and Crafts door handle replacement! He is talented and goes right at the problem with his expertise and problem solving! Thank you Shawn for your good and very timely work for us!"
