In addition, part of the demolition included tearing down two walls on the first floor and a strip of drywall by the front door. Without asking, Bertie fixed those as well and included them in the price. Furthermore, we are installing a pocket door and need to wait for that before drywall goes up, plus our plumber needs access to the shower before the durock goes up, and Bertie has already committed to helping us with those issues as soon as they are ready. Their forethought thinking of details that just make better sense for us such as solar lights for the stairway and which way the stairs aim. They even used the extra dirt from digging the footings to grade a part of my yard behind the sunroom. They work long days even in the cold and sometimes dark. They never leave a mess. My driveway is cleaner than I have ever kept it. My project was a complete tear down of my sunroom and rebuilding the room. I plan to hire them again for a new back deck in the spring."
