"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Eric and his crew of two men were hired to do interior painting of Master Bedroom and Bath. He was polite and punctual as promised. I found Eric and his crew to be very professional. Eric and the crew did an excellent job painting. They did not drop paint on the carpeted or tiled areas. The work was neat and completed in a timely manner. The price for the project was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to family, friends and have Eric and the crew return for future projects."

"It's very tough for me to hire and trust somebody to do a job at my house because I am very particular. I'm also in the industry I know how hard it it's to find a good contractor. However shortly after meeting John and his crew I could tell that John is a guy that I would feel uncomfortable to do business with. I could see he took great pride in what he was doing. My instincts were right. He did everything he said he would do and more. As a matter of fact he stopped by my house one day after finishing up another job just to check on the progress. John wasn't happy with the way something came out on the deck. Without me even having to say anything he pointed it out and said he was going to have his crew redo the work and apologized that it was going set us back 1/2 days work (at no cost to us of course) . He was very easy to deal with and more importantly listened to us, his customers. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and can't wait to use him again on our next project."

We had a deck outside which they were able to remove for us as well, so we didn't have to call out a separate company. They took care of all of the construction and did a great job."
